Green cascading balconies at the courtyard

The Concept

Inspired by the cenote.

At the heart of the building, curved courtyard walls in smooth plaster wrap a green, sheltered garden. Planting cascades over the balcony edges — evoking the soft, vegetated walls of a natural cenote.

Balconies were widened to a full six-foot turn radius, and every path made step-free, so the architecture cares for residents as gracefully as it looks.
